Garbage in, Garbage out

ear Friends,

A very interesting quote: "THE MIND NEVER BECOMES TIRED, BUT SOMETIMES IT BECOMES BORED WITH THE "FOOD" IT GETS".

There's an acronym that is being used in the computer field, which we are all very familiar with "GIGO" i.e. Garbage in, Garbage out. This is to illustrate the fact that the computer can process only the information it is given. The same is true with our mind. If we feed it healthful, nourishing "food," it will grow strong and agile, but if we restrict it to a regular diet of mental "junk food," our mind will become unhealthy, negative, and unproductive. It will return to us what we put into it.

Let us all feed our mind a balanced, nourishing diet. Study information from a variety of fields to help us keep up with the latest trends. We may find that the best ideas for our business come from a totally unrelated area.

So let's be positive and always work towards getting the "Best" in us.

Smile - Life is beautiful

Cheers,

Treat others, the way you want to be treated

Dear Friends,

THE GREATEST OF ALL SUCCESS RULES IS THIS: Do unto others as you would, if you were the others.

These lines have been discussed in various ways but I seriously don't know, how many of us do even give a thought to these lines when we REACT to various situation (as we allow situation to take CONTROL over us rather vice versa.

The Golden Rule is more than a principle of ethical behavior; it is a dynamic force that can work wonders in all out lives, if we look into it seriously. When we make it a practice to treat others as though we were the others, we spread goodwill among people who, in turn, may be moved to do the same. By their actions, they influence still more people, who generate goodwill among even more people. This force for goodwill increases exponentially and will return to us from totally new sources.

The benefit we receive from a good deed performed today by a total stranger may have been a chain reaction from long ago when we observed this Golden Rule in our own dealings with another.

Hope the above is not too exaggerated.

Cheers,

Have a nice day

Take Possession of your MIND

Dear Friends,

WE need to take possesssion of our own mind and WE may soon make LIFE pay off on our terms.
.
Our mind is unquestionably our most valuable possession. We may lose every material thing we own, but knowledge can never be taken from us. With it, we can earn a new fortune, build a new home, and buy anything we truly desire. No one else can control our thoughts; even the cruelest tyrant cannot force us to think about something we refuse to accept. When we make a deliberate decision to take control of our mind and feed it positive, constructive thoughts, we are on our way to taking control of our life.

The thoughts we allow to dominate our mind will determine what we will get from life.

Cheers.

Have a fabulous day

Struggle makes POWER

ear Friends,

Below is a short story of an old man, who was a wagon builder in North Carolina.

Whenever the old man cleared the land for cultivation, he always left a few oak trees in the middle of the field. Now these trees were at the mercy of the elements, unsheltered by other trees in the forest. It was from those trees that this old man used to make the wagon’s wheels. Because these trees were forced to struggle against the fury of nature, they grew strong enough to bear the heaviest load.

What is the learning here?
Difficult challenges should always be welcomed, for the greatest opportunities will only come from challenges, that force you to expand your mind as you search for creative solutions.
During life’s bleakest hours, take solace in the face that you are strengthening yourself through struggle so that in the future you will be prepared to take on even greater challenges.

Like the old oak tree, we all can grow strong only when we are forced to struggle.

Any different takes on the same.

Cheers,

Keep GOING on

ear Friends,

Its very important that when the GOING is the hardest, we have to just keep going on and give the best that we can - We'll get there sooner than someone who find the GOING easy

If you think achieving great heights of success will be easy, you either don’t understand at all how the process works or you have your sights set too low. Reaching the top of any field is difficult, time-consuming, and often tedious. The reason it isn’t crowded at the top is that most people won’t do the things that are necessary to achieve success. They are all too willing to give up when the going gets tough.

If you need inspiration to persevere, read the biographies people, who have achieved greatness in their lives. You will find that they prevailed because they refused to quit. They continued to toil alone long after the masses had given up and gone home.

Have a great day.

Cheers,

Failures makes us more stronger

Dear Friends,

May we have
* Enough happiness to make us sweet,
* Enough trials to make us strong
* Enough sorrow to keep us human
* Enough hope to make us happy.

The happiest of people don’t necessarily have the best of everything; They just make the most of everything that comes along their way.
The brightest future will always be based on a forgotten past; You can’t go forward in life until you let go of your past failures and heartaches.

Don’t count the years - count the memories….Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away!

I read these beautiful lines and decided to start my writeup again. Its been over 2 months that I haven't seriously sat down and evaluated actions of mine - Probably lost the track somewhere - Something beautiful happened yesterday and I realised again that there is this ME within ME, who has been a believer that there is a reason behind everything that happens.
We normally get disillusioned by failure but that's where we go wrong - Failures teaches us to correct ourselves and walk the right path - We are supposed to learn from them. Infact, I would say that there is no such thing as failure, unless it is accepted as such. Every defeat is temporary unless you give up and allow it to become permanent.
As mentioned earlier, these temporary defeat should makes us stronger and more capable. Each time we try and fail, we learn something that helps prepare us for eventual success. When you view adversity as nothing more than a learning experience, your successes in life will far outnumber your failures.

Cheers,
